Wednesbury Oak Academy are consulting on our Admission Arrangements and Oversubscription Criteria for 2027-2028.
In accordance with the Department for Education’s 2021 statutory ‘School Admissions Code’ guidance, we must consult on our admission arrangements when changes are proposed, and at least once every seven years. For this reason, a consultation is currently being held to meet the school’s statutory duty.
The proposed policy is attached and can also be found on the trusts website. Any comments or objections should be submitted by email FAO M Bloomfield at office@woak.co.uk or in writing to the school, For the Attention of M Bloomfield at Wednesbury Oak Academy Greenacre Road, Tipton, DY4 0AR. The consultation period will commence on 24 October 2025 and finish on 5 December 2025 at 3.30pm.
