  • Animal Carers

    Thu 11 Jul 2019

The animal carers have done a terrific job all year, before and after school in all weathers.  So Spike, the Animal Man visited the team to thank them for their hard work, giving them the opportunity to meet a variety of creatures that they wouldn't usually encounter, which they really enjoyed.

Miss Evan is extremely proud of each of them for their dedication and all they have achieved!

  • Year 6 Career Event

    Tue 11 Jun 2019

On Thursday 6tand Friday 7tof June, Year 6 were visited by representatives from a variety of professionals, as well as college and university representatives. We were lucky enough to welcome into Year 6 a Premier League official, a doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, musician and a representative from the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton.  Children had the opportunity to ask lots of interesting questions and experience what these jobs entail – even having a go in some cases! Children also gained an insight into what education looks like at College and University.

Children were so engaged and appreciative of the whole experience over the course of the two days; it is clear to see that we have many children with high aspirations and ambitions.

Go forward and fulfil your dreams – you can do it!

  • Year 6 Blists Hill Trip

    Wed 13 Mar 2019
Year 6 had an amazing time at Blists Hill as part of their Victorians topic. They learnt a lot about the ways in which life differed in Victorian times by visiting the stores and houses at the museum, before experiencing a lesson in the Victorian school. We also enjoyed eating chips from the traditional fish and chip shop, shortbread from the bakery and sweets from the confectioner. The children were wonderfully curious and so polite to everyone they met - we were very proud of them!
